Modern Turf Care consists of a program that goes throughout the year to make sure your grass is in tip-top shape. A trained and licensed turfgrass professional will regularly inspect your yard while applying the required amount of fertilizers and preventative pest measures over the course of the year. We will treat your yard with the expert care we give to over 600 acres of turf we grow on the farm. By applying just the right amount of product to your lawn we can save you money and time while protecting the environment from over application!

From Sod to Beautiful Grass - Basic Program

The maintenance calendar starts in February and goes through January of the next year.  However, the maintenance can begin at ANY TIME during the year.
