Buffet Menu

Of course, you can certainly attend just because we are going to have a fantastic buffet set up for you to dive into; however, we will also have some great information and speakers as well!  We do understand how important a good meal is so we have decided to deliver the best of both worlds! 

Last year's menu looked like this:

• Mixed Green Salad with assorted Toppings
• Dressings to include Balsalmic Vinaigrette, Ranch and House Dressing
• Warm Rolls with Butter
• Vegetable Medley
• Seared Salmon Filet served with Tomato Concasse and Fresh Herbs
• Marinated Grilled Flank Steak with Au Jus and Crispy Onions
• Roasted BBQ Chicken
• Peach Cobbler with Ice Cream
• Coffee and Tea Service

Now, you can't tell me that you aren't hungry!  This Year's event will be just as good if not better!
